EU’s proposed ‘traffic light system’ would only include three countries in ‘green zone'

THE EU's new travel "traffic light system" is expected to be introduced next month which will see countries colour-coded depending on their coronavirus infection rate. Under the new rules, only three countries would actually be in the "green zone".
