EASYJET Holidays have been one of many companies impacted by the onslaught of coronavirus travel regulations leaving customers with cancelled plans. Now, easyJet Holiday's customer director has said airline and travel provider terms and conditions are "no longer fit for purpose" and challenges the industry to refocus on passenger needs.
