Pound to euro exchange rate: Sterling gains against euro as MPs back bill to block no-deal

THE POUND gained against the euro yesterday, as MPs backed a bill aimed at blocking the option of a no-deal Brexit. However, with Boris Johnson proposing a general election, it seems the pound is “not yet out of the woods”.
