AT 29, I’m lucky that I’ve managed to check off everything on the life list I’d hoped to achieve: a successful career in digital journalism, sharing a home with the man of my dreams and enjoying an active and exciting social life. Never did I expect to not only fall severely ill with meningitis this summer and now need a wheelchair but also have to experience disgusting treatment from travel firms as they seemingly fight to exclude disabled passengers.
