CHARLES VENN, 45, is an actor, motivational coach and drama teacher. He plays Jacob Masters in BBC1’s long-running medical drama, Casualty and has also played Ray Dixon in EastEnders. He is partnering Karen Clifton on BBC1’s Strictly Come Dancing this year. He lives in London with his wife and their son. He also has two daughters and another son from a previous relationship.
