Less than a two-hour train ride from London is a place called Rowlands Castle - don't worry, having been born in Yorkshire and now residing in East Sussex, I hadn't heard of it either. But it's where we headed to try out our first Kip Hideaways stay, ‘South Downs Shepherd Huts'.
