Getting a good night’s sleep at a hotel shouldn't be a luxury, it’s a necessity
AS SOMEONE who worked shifts for more than three years, my sleep has often been disrupted. At times, I would struggle to wind down and ease my overactive mind or I would wake up hours before my alarm clock, leaving me exhausted for the day ahead. While on other days, I would get a good night's sleep.
