From the Sunset Bar on board P&O's newest ship and with celebratory drinks in hand, we gasped at the dazzling display of fireworks lighting up the Hebridean sky over the island of Iona. It was a spectacular welcome for the biggest vessel ever to visit the Scottish isle.
