Wild swimming has become one of the most popular recommendations to relieve lockdown stress and improve wellbeing, with the number of people braving the chilly waters of the UK's lakes, rivers and seas ever-increasing. While swimming is banned along much of the Thames because of heavy river traffic and dangerous fast-flowing stretches, for Londoners there are still plenty of places they can get their cold-water fix in style.
