Spanish hotspot Andalusia to reopen beaches for summer - but with some major changes

SPANISH holiday hotspot Andalusia is set to reopen its 1,000 kilometres of beaches in time for the peak summer months, however, visitors will face new restrictions in a bid to maintain social distancing.
