LYING flat out on a hot stone table, wearing nothing but the skimpiest of briefs, I suddenly felt incredibly uneasy. A Turkish man, topless and muscular, entered the room, threw freezing water over me then rubbed my stomach with abrasive mittens… and this was meant to be a holiday!
