Britons issued travel warning as Spain, France & Italy devastated by deathly flash floods

FLASH floods and torrential downpours have caused devastation across parts of Spain and France in the past 24 hours. Following two days of intense rainfall the FCO have issued travel warnings in Spain and France, meanwhile, parts of Italy remain on alert.
