I AM sitting in a small Dutch workshop, carefully painting around the stencil of a pattern on a vase. But this is no ordinary workshop: it's the home of Royal Delft, the last remaining Delftware factory from the 17th century in Holland to still produce hand-painted china - and they run classes to allow the public to have a go themselves.
