THE POUND to euro exchange rate has tumbled thanks to high street spending stalling in the UK. It has fallen from 1 GBP to 1.120 EUR to only 1.110 this week. Tesco are offering €1.0953 to the pound to travellers and the Post Office are offering €1.0935 and £750 buys £820.13.
