That's because last week, Hawaii welcomed the biggest swell of the winter season thus far. The 40-foot waves at Waimea Bay had surfers rejoicing, lifeguards sweating, and everybody else scrambling for a glimpse of nature's might.
Lucky for us, one enterprising drone owner caught it all on camera from a mesmerizing bird's eye view. So snuggle up with your mug of cocoa and dream of the islands. Just try not to cry ... your tears might freeze.
